Temperature controlled self storage means that the facility’s temperature and humidity levels are regulated and set between an optimal range to protect your goods from significant temperature swings and humidity levels throughout the year. No! When you rent a unit from us, we give you your very own ultra-secure disc lock that you can keep even after your move out.
All of our facilities have state-of-the-art security systems that will give you peace of mind that your belongings are safe. We have high definition security cameras throughout the interiors and exteriors of our facilities that allow us to see who comes and goes. Each of our customers are given a unique PIN number that allows them to gain access to the building during non-office hours. The individual PINS are also tied directly to the customer’s unit, which is equipped with an individual unit alarm, so once the customer types in their PIN number their unit alarm is disabled. This ensures that nobody but you can get in to your own unit.
