Contractor Spaces
The contractor warehouse spaces, which are also temperature controlled, range in size from 780 square feet to 1500 square feet. Each contractor space includes approximately 200 sf of dedicated office space, drive-in roll-up doors for easy loading and unloading, as well as an individual mailbox for business operations. These spaces are customizable depending on what a tenant needs in the space.
Retail
There are two 1000 SF retail spaces with frontage along Locust Hill Drive. The spaces are currently in white box condition and can be fit up according to a tenants needs. They can also be combined if a tenant desires a larger, 2000 SF space. These spaces are perfect for small business owners.
