The contractor warehouse spaces, which are also temperature controlled, are 1000 Sf in size. Each contractor space includes approximately 200 sf of dedicated office space, drive-in roll-up doors for easy loading and unloading, as well as an individual mailbox for business operations. These spaces are customizable depending on what a tenant needs in the space.
